Harvest man charged in brother's gun loss of life at Atlanta resort



ATLANTA (AP) — An Alabama man was jailed Monday on a cost of involuntary manslaughter within the deadly capturing of his teenage brother at an Atlanta resort.

Data confirmed Marquise Daniel, 29, of Harvest, Alabama, was being held on the Fulton County Jail on the felony cost in a capturing that information shops reported occurred Sunday afternoon on the InterContinental Buckhead Lodge.

Police had been referred to as to the resort on a report that somebody had been shot in a room, and a 17-year-old died later at a hospital. It wasn’t clear whether or not Daniel and his brother had been staying on the resort or there for an additional motive.

Authorities didn’t launch the identify of the sufferer, and information weren’t instantly accessible to indicate whether or not Daniel had an lawyer who may converse on his behalf.
