Jana Kramer Reveals How She’s Coping With “New Regular” Amid Divorce

Jana Kramer is sharing her newest emotions about her ongoing divorce from Mike Caussin. 

The 37-year-old One Tree Hill alum took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, April 28 to submit footage of herself explaining how she’s doing amid the break up. Jana introduced on April 21 that the couple, who wed in Could 2015, had parted methods.

“Feels bizarre to be again on right here,” she stated within the new video. “I simply need to say thanks for all the feedback and the DMs and the love, and I’ve to began getting used to my new regular. Forgive me for not likely understanding stroll that but. You understand, I am attempting to only actually dive into books and my therapist and never put a Band-Help on issues as a result of so as to totally develop, it’s a must to grieve and heal.”

She continued, “I am attempting to only be actually aware of that, and never distract myself with this, that and the opposite.
