Lawrence County man sentenced to life in jail as a teen to get new sentencing

A person sentenced to life in jail for a capital homicide case when he was a juvenile has a brand new sentencing listening to scheduled Tuesday.

Courtroom data present Evan Miller is scheduled to have a resentencing listening to Tuesday afternoon with Lawrence County Circuit Courtroom Choose Mark Craig.

Miller was 14 when he and a buddy allegedly killed Cole Cannon. Miller and the buddy beat Cannon to loss of life and set his trailer on hearth after a night of ingesting and utilizing medication, in response to courtroom paperwork.
