1 in custody after capturing in DeKalb County

GERALDINE, Ala. – A person was arrested Sunday afternoon after the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Workplace responded to the scene of a capturing in Geraldine.

In line with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Workplace, they arrived on the scene and found {that a} female and male sufferer had been shot. Each victims have been transported to Huntsville Hospital.

Police stated that there was sufficient proof to cost Joshua Smith, 34, of Geraldine, with two counts of assault within the 1st diploma. No bond was set.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Workplace will proceed to research.
