Whether or not Steven Yeun leaves the 2021 Oscars with an award or not, the actor has been rewarded tenfold after starring in Lee Isaac Chung‘s movie Minari.
On the Academy Awards purple carpet, the Minari actor tells Giuliana Rancic that starring within the Greatest Image nominee gave him a brand new perspective on his childhood. As he put it, “When you may have your individual youngsters, I feel they assist you re-examine all of the belongings you thought you remembered and it was actually refreshing to see my mum or dad’s era by clearer eyes.”
He provides that his mother has “at all times” been so supportive of his profession, including that his mom flew to Los Angeles, Calif. to observe his youngsters whereas he and his spouse attend the ceremony at Union Station. “We’re actually grateful and blessed to have the mother and father right here,” he shares.
And if his mother missed it, the Strolling Lifeless actor offers her a candy shout-out, saying to the digital camera, “Hello Ma, I like you!”
